TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL TERMS
i reserve the right to reject your commission.
commissions from me are for personal use only. commercial use must be discussed first and may come with an additional commercial fee.
i DO NOT CONSENT to having my art be used for NFTs and AI.
PAYMENT
after i provide thumbnails, i take full payment up front before proceeding to the sketch.
at the moment, since i am still a small artist, i do not do refunds.
i only take payments on artistree.
depending on the complexity of a commission, such as composition or design, a convenience fee may be required (at minimum 5 USD)
REVISIONS AND WORKFLOW
a commission will usually be completed in 2-3 weeks, depending on what is requested + my work schedule. more complex commissions may take up to 6 weeks.
i will inform you about any complications that may occur which would delay the completion of the commission.
i will accept minor changes during the lineart/color stages. after the sketch stage, i will not change big details like pose, rendering style, props, background, and design.
please correct me if i miss any important details outlined in your request!

ORDERING
please have character references prepared and have an idea of what you want before ordering! having references and an idea ready speeds up the commission process, and makes it easier for me to work and for you to get a product you’re satisfied with.i will take:
pinterest/moodboards
inspiration images
quick sketch of the desired composition/pose
written description
a sketch does not need to be perfect, it will just give me an idea of what you want!
do NOT provide inspiration/references using AI images.
example of request:
"i would like to commission a fully rendered piece with 2 fullbodies and a scene background"provide any extra details such as the characters you want drawn, an overall vibe for the piece (atmospheric, portrait, character scene etc.), and any other specifics you'd like to see (example: a character drawn a certain way or a specific part of their design included/highlighted).
